Colonial Houses
Iswap understands this style of house as the old Spanish colonial house more than the tipical Andalusian house. The colonial properties we develope are impressive and show pure lines together with plenty of details of modernity in bathrooms, kitchens and interior lighting. High cealings with wood coffered works, great big bespoke first quality stones and marbles floorings and spectacular wood windows, are some of the distinguishing marks of this type of villas.
Contemporary Houses
Iswap contemporary houses are a free interpretation of modernity and funcionality. An elegant combination of pure lines that creates amazing styles which adapt perfectly to both, the plot enviroment and the customer desires. We avoid expiring trendy lines and stand up for timeless properties. Iswap creates always a warm and comfortable atmosphere in all the different areas that adjusts all the spaces to each other, creating an amazing movement.
Arabic Houses
Iswap Arabic houses are a completely new style we introduced in Sotogrande in 2015 for a customer. We create a special variation of the tradicional Arabic houses: the "Nordic-Arabic" style. We combine our modern and pure line version of the Arabic style with the warm interior of a Nordic house. The result is just spectacular and unique. The perfect fusion of two marvelous styles.
Urban Houses
When Iswap faces an urban project, we always try to adjust it to the very stric urban legal restrictions. In city projects, the scarcity surface is always a problem We look for open spaces with high volumes distributed in a very practical way to create a conformable home. Rationalizing espaces and giving priority to the areas which are more frecuently used by the family. One of our golden rules is that houses are for living not for photo studios.
