Iswap offers a really prime trustful end-to-end turnkey projects service in Sotogrande and Madrid areas. We are passionate about creating exclusive homes and make sure that their owners just enjoy living in a marvelous property and relax. We take care of absolutely everthing: architecture, building, interior design, manging public and private administration licences and supplies and services and managing every stay of the owner or his tenants (such as airport transfers, cleaning, cooking, shoping or organizing events).

We are passionate about creating beautiful and high quality properties of any designs. We keep on creating new trends and designs together with a practical and confortable way of life. Architecture
Iswap developes any style of property and our projects are totally bespoke, adapted to the desires of our customers. Any house style has our particular touch that makes the property special and different from the rest. We can build colonial, arabic, modern, andalusian style houses or whatever other idea our customers may desire. We are to able to make not only beautiful homes but also practical. Houses are for living.
Building
Iswap builds houses through the traditional way of building, using always the best quality materials, obtaining solid houses with no construction problems at all. Inhouse proffesional workers, with a vast experience and very specialized in each building process, are part of our team. We remain closed to the customer after the project is finished, creating a lasting relationship. That is our best quality warranty.
Interior Design
Iswap understands projects as a whole unit. The interior design specialists are present from the beguinning of the planning to create a final design in harmony with the whole project. Most of the furniture is exclusive, designed by ourselves and handmade in our partner factories which allows us to obtain pieces in concordance with the spaces. This also makes us to have a very good price-quality relationship because there is not intermediaries.
Delivery
Our main objective is that our customers experience the delivery of the house as a wonderul event. That is why we take care of all the burocratic processes related with the paperwork involved in a new house (utilities, city hall taxes, condominium administration, etc..). We try to make easy, nice and pleasant, any step invoived in your house delivery. We want you just to come and enjoy the house and forget about the problems.
Post Sales Services
Iswap understands projects not as a one-time relationship but as a long term one. We are glad to help you solving antyhing you need during your stays and also when you are abroad so you can live a pleasent experience related to your house. We trustfully take care of everything: from the most basic services as gardening, swimmingpool maintenance, handyman services...to the most specialized as getting residential visas, opening bank accounts, dealing with taxes authorities, checking that all the payments are done properly, and even more specific for your stays as airport transfers, cleaning services, cooking services, etc....

About Sotogrande
Sotogrande is a lifestyle destination which has become probably the best Europe luxury resort. It is the largest privately owned residential development in Andalusia, located in the municipality of San Roque, Cadiz, Spain, southern Europe. SIS (Sotogrande International School) is an International Baccalaureate day and boarding school with over 40 nationalities, offering the Primary Years Programme (3-11), the Middle Years Programme (12-16) and the Diploma (16-18), plus outstanding language and learning support.
